Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.


Upon ordering you will specify the speed of delivery – Standard and Express. Estimated delivery times should only be used as a guide and are expected delivery periods after dispatch (i.e. not from the point an order is placed). Should you require a Bespoke shipping solution you should select this option on the order form and terms remain unchanged. The Courier will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.


Artiv8 is not responsible for Customs and Excise Duties chargeable upon arrival in the destination country. Artiv8’s artists work as hard as possible to package, mark and document goods as accurately as possible. However Artiv8 cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by Revenues agencies in any case. Upon ordering the Customer accepts this.


Please note that we use Carriers who deliver to most regions and countries. We select Couriers who demonstrate the best service for our customers in our experience. In extreme circumstances there may be reasons why it is not safe or practical for a delivery to take place. We will notify you of this as soon as possible once this information becomes available to us and process a refund on your behalf.


Delivery times and estimates are projections/guidelines. Artiv8’s artists do their best to ensure a seamless delivery process however delays may occur for unforeseen reasons at point of dispatch, as fault of the Courier or Border Control/Customs & Excise agencies. Artiv8 will always do the best to facilitate a fast and safe transit however these matters are out of our hands.


All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the Courier. If they attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact the appropriate Customer Service Center to re-arrange delivery.


In these circumstances, if the Courier has to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.


Whilst Artiv8 makes every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.




At Artiv8 we strive on providing a full service to our customer base. From marketing, photography and descriptions through to dispatch and delivery. In the unlikely event there is an issue with the condition or description of the work dispatched your Artiv8 representative will be happy to arrange a return and refund. We are unable to provide refunds due to a customer changing their mind on a non-qualitative basis after the item has been delivered. Prior to this point we are able to facilitate a return with only payment for Delivery due from the Customer. Refunds will be provided within 5 Working Days of the artwork being returned by the Shipper.
